A meeting between the Melcher-Dallas and Pleasantville on the baseball diamond Wednesday night was one of two pairings between Marion County Schools, with the home field final score both favoring the Trojans.  Pleasantville’s Dylan Lauer pitched a sturdy two-hitter to help set the table for a 10-0, six-inning victory.  Lauer finished with three strikeouts and allowed just one walk to the Saints.  At the plate, Pleasantville’s Collin Thomas had the hot bat, as he finished his night going 4-for-4 with 4 RBIs.  The Trojans are off to a 6-0 start to the season, while Melcher-Dallas slips to 1-3 overall.
