Central College Chef Graduates from Culinary Program

The chef and quality control supervisor at Central College recently graduated from the Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program as part of the Culinary Institute of America and Hormel Foods. Kayleen Vander Veen learned how to adapt menus to changing consumer palates with food industry and culinary experts.
