The quick two-game winning streak for the Knoxville Baseball squad ended last night to Ames 9-0. The Panthers struggled after getting three early hits with base running and fielding errors. Coach Joel Johnson says the young players will have to grow up fast and a little quicker than normal to take Knoxville Baseball back to the level it once was. Kevin Woodhouse took the loss as Knoxville falls to 2-4 on the season. The Panthers are off until Monday when they host Grinnell.
