The PCM baseball team took advantage of five Jefferson-Scranton errors to turn four hits into seven runs in Monday night’s 7-4 victory. However, the Mustangs put up all seven of those runs in the first inning, then rode the arm of pitcher Alex DeWitte to victory, as hit allowed just two hits and struck out seven batters in five innings of work.

No PCM player had more than one hit on the night, though Dalton Speers finished his night with two RBI and a run scored to lead the way. The Mustangs are now 13-2 overall and will play at Pella High tonight.
