Behind a jaw-dropping 17 hits – including four home runs – in just three innings, the Twin Cedars softball team swiftly pummeled Seymour 14-0 Friday night. Allie Hugen had two of the Sabers’ blasts that left the park, while Brittany Roby and Bailey Stone added round-trippers of their own. In the circle, freshman Mackenzie Sedlock notched a win in her Varsity pitching debut, allowing just one hit and one walk, while striking out five. The Twin Cedars softball team is 11-5 overall and takes on 4A competition today in a tournament at Newton.
