Three different winners graced victory lane last night at the Knoxville Raceway as the 360s had Twin Features. Clint Garner all but put a stranglehold on the points race with a win in the first A-Main. Yellow lights defiantly helped his cause as he was able to pass two or three cars at each start after lining up midpack to start. Tony Shilling won the second 360 A-Main for this first career victory at Knoxville dominating the race from start to finish. The big story of the second race was a multi-car crash in turn three caused when a car lost power and everyone checked up causing a chain reaction. In all four cars were involved with the most serious damage and injuries to Jamie Ball. Ball was assisted out of his car and taken to Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. According to reports from the Knoxville Safety Crew he was complaining to pain in his right arm. KNIA/KRLS will have more details on his condition when they become official. Meanwhile, Terry McCarl got his first win of the season in the 410s, and unofficially Davey Heskin took the points lead. The points are not official until the close of business tomorrow.
