As N-F-L training camps start this week, one former local football standout is preparing for his fourth season as an Oakland Raider. Brandon Myers, who was a standout athlete at P-C-M then went on to have a standout career at the University of Iowa reported to Raiders training camp yesterday at their training facility. Meyers has become a very reliable tight end and special teams player for the Raiders. Last season he had 16 receptions for 151 yards. Myers and the Raiders will officially begin training camp today, their first preseason game will be August 13th against Dallas.
