Team U-S-A Softball captured its sixth World Cup of Softball championship this week with a 3-0 win over Australia. Pleasantville Native Chelsea Thomas had a hand in four of the six games that the Americans won. She was the winning pitcher in victories over Puerto Rico, The Netherlands, and Brazil and got the save in a win over Australia on June 29th.
