“The Month of Money” has hit the sprint car world and Knoxville is getting ready by expecting larger car counts in the coming weeks. Fans should not be surprised to see several visitors in both the 360 and 410 classes tuning up for the Nationals which is less than a month away. Davey Heskin is the 410 points leader but only by 55 points over Terry McCarl. While Clint Garner has been a forgone conclusion in the 360s, the race for second on back is heating up with Nate Van Haaften, Matt Moro, and Joe Beaver separated by just 65 points. After a couple weeks off, the 305s are back and the top three of Mike Van Haaften, Matthew Stelzer, and Mitchell Alexander are only 32 points apart. You can listen to all of the action tonight starting with Live Track Side at 5:30, and Race Nights Live at 7:15 on KNIA/KRLS and kniakrls.com.
