A total of 97 sprint cars between 305, 360, and 410s singed into the pits Saturday night at the Knoxville Raceway. Drivers like Stevie Smith, Jac Haudenschild, and California Hot shoe Kyle Larson all took on the half-mile. However, it was the local guys who came out on top. Matt Moro won the 360s while keeping Brian Brown behind him the entire race. Terry McCarl had just enough to edge Brown for the win in the 410s a week after Brown got by him on the last lap. In the 305s, points leader Matthew Stelzer entered victory lane for the first time in his career with a late race pass of Mike Van Haaften after a restart. This was the final tune up for the 360 Nationals which start on Thursday.
