Nearly a month of preparation comes to a head tonight, as the Pella High football team opens up the 2012 season at Marshalltown.  The Class 4A Bobcats present a formidable first game out of the gates, led by their high-flying passing attack.  Little Dutch head coach Jay McKinstrey says he expects Marshalltown to throw the ball on 80 to 90 percent of their offensive sets, something that will greatly challenge his young defensive secondary.  Tonight’s Pella High football game can be heard live on kniakrls.com with Jamie Brockman and Randy Sikkema providing the call.  Coverage from Marshalltown begins at 6:15 p.m. tonight.  You can also hear a delayed broadcast on 92.1 fm KRLS later tonight, following the Pella Christian broadcast.
