Twin Cedars fell behind early and never could catch up, falling on the road at H-L-V Friday night 73-28. The Sabers dug themselves an early 35-8 hole and trailed 52-20 at the break, but the Warriors put the game away with three more touchdowns in the third quarter. The loss drops the Twin Cedars football team to 2-4 overall and 2-2 in Eight-Man District 5. They’ll return to Bussey next week to face another Warriors team – as Seymour comes to town.
