Central College’s Justin Livingston shot a 1-under-par 71 Monday and is tied for first place at the Wisconsin-Green Bay Invitational. Livingston lifted Central into third place at 309 in the non-NCAA Division I half of the tournament. The Dutch trails Division II University of Indianapolis (295) and Lewis University (308). The 36-hole tournament concludes today.
