If the Eagles are going to move to a perfect 6 – 0, they will have to stop a balanced attack from the host Ogden Tigers tonight. Ogden enters play with a 3 – 2 overall record, and a 2 – 1 mark in Class 1A District 7 games. Pella Christian is fresh off a non-district victory over Sigourney-Keota 33 – 13 last Friday. Eagles head coach, Rich Kacmarynski, says that because his defense has been so good at stopping the run over the first half of the season, their big key to victory tonight will be stopping Ogden’s air attack. “Normally, I’d say stop the run first and then pass second,” Coach Kacmarynski stated. “Maybe tonight, it’ll be the other way around; we’ll need to stop their pass, and then make them run the ball a little bit.” Eric Gotschall will have the call for us tonight on 92.1 KRLS and streamed live at kniakrls.com. Coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff at seven.
