The Knoxville City Council will hold a number of public hearings during their regular meeting on Monday evening. They’ll vote on approval of a new sign ordinance and a new accessory structure ordinance. The latter ordinance will change some set-back requirements, making it easier to build structures like a deck or patio. There will also a few hearings on the sale of property. The meeting takes place at 6:15 at Knoxville City Hall. It can be heard live on 1320 KNIA.
