For the fourth straight year, the Knoxville Boys Cross Country Squad will run at the class 3A State Meet this Saturday in Fort Dodge. The Panthers have been led all season by Wick Cunningham but Coach Mike Moats says three other runners have stepped up their game as well, including Brad Shearer, Jordan Angove, and Matt Hollingshead. Moats adds since midseason, the guys have come together well since getting most of the varsity runners back off the injured list, including Jacob Moats who suffered an injured foot and ankle during the summer and was back running in four weeks. The Class 3A meet will get the starter’s pistol at 12:30 on Saturday.
