Pella Regional Health Center is offering memory screenings today. The memory screenings will be a series of short task that can be translated into a score. The screenings aren’t a diagnoses of memory problems, but if the score is lower than average the health care professionals at the screening will recommend following up to determine the cause. The screenings can also provide a baseline for future memory screenings to determine if a persons memory is deteriorating. The screenings will be on Tuesday from 8am to 3pm in the Specialty Clinic.
