Victoria Marie Goemaat was found guilty by a Marion County jury yesterday of Prohibited Acts – Forgery or Altering a Prescription. The Knoxville woman altered a prescription to increase the number of pills prescribed to her last year. Marion County Attorney Ed Bull thanks the jury for their service. He also complements Assistant County Attorney Tiffany Kragnes on the job she’s done. Goemaat will be sentenced in January. She faces up to 10 years in prison.
