During the week of November 11, 2012 to November 17, 2012, the Pella Police Department
received 111 calls for service, issued 32 citations, 25 warnings and 44 parking tickets. There
were 0 arrests made resulting in 0 charges.

COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS

During the week of November 11, 2012 to November 17, 2012, the communications center
fielded 370 telephone calls, assisted 60 people at the window and fielded 40 incoming calls on
the 911 system.

TRAINING

On 11/13/12 Communications Supervisor Marcia Slycord and Officer David Orr went to the
Community 1st Credit Union and gave a presentation about bank robbery procedures. This
presentation covered the alarm and robbery procedures, as well as the Police Department’s
response procedure.
