A couple of more giving opportunities are occurring in Knoxville. The KNIA/KRLS Food Drive continues Friday afternoon with a stop at the Knoxville HyVee. Friday’s also the last day to return wrapped presents to the Coffee Connection for the Knoxville Optimist Club’s Angel Tree.

The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce still has 23 families you can support with wrapped Christmas presents. And you can help the Knoxville Rural Township Fire Department’s efforts as well by dropping off toys or other gifts at HyVee, Knoxville Farm and Home, Thompson Shell, or Motor Inn. Fire Chief Kenny Thompson says that they need gifts for kids of all ages, but especially boys age 12-14 and girls age 9-10.
