The Knoxville Wrestling Squad went 3-2 in a tough Oskaloosa Duals yesterday. The Panthers were without four key grapplers due to illness and S-A-T testing, however Coach Ron Peterson says overall the guy wrestled well considering the top notch schools in attendance. Knoxville’s wins came over East Marshall 57-18, Ottumwa 52-30, and Waterloo West 46-18. Knoxville fell to two highly touted programs Class 3A top ranked Southeast Polk 61-6, and perennial power Ballard 53-21. The next action for Knoxville is this Thursday at Grinnell in a Little Hawkeye Conference dual.
