Knoxville Is Runner Up At Newton Invitational With 2 Individual Champions

While the Panthers were unable to defend their title from a year ago at the Newton Wrestling Invitational, the Panthers held their own as the smallest school of the six participating finishing runner-up to Sioux City North. The Stars totaled 303 points while Knoxville amassed 277. Individually for the Panthers, Tyler Chatterton at 160 pounds and Colton Spaur at 182 pounds recorded championships. Runner up finishes went to Colton Havens at 113, James Stittsworth at 126, Kiernan Robuck at 138 pounds, Aaron Crossett at 170 pounds, and Jac Agan at 195 pounds.
