Even with a poor shooting night for the Twin Cedars Sabers’ boys’ basketball team, they were still able to keep it close, but fell to Diagonal Friday, 48 – 46. The Sabers missed more than ten free throws over the course of the game which could have given them the win. Otis Roby led in scoring with 15 points, while Dylan Springer had eight. Twin Cedars’ record falls to 3 – 3 on the year, and they’ll join forces with the girls later today to play Iowa Christian Academy at home.
