Sitting at 9 – 9 currently, the Central men’s basketball team has not had a lot of luck when it has come to games decided by less than ten points. In fact, seven of the nine losses have been by single digits. Coach Craig Douma attests their late-in-game struggles to not executing and committing silly turnovers at the most inopportune times. Douma also added that with a 2 – 6 Iowa Conference record, their goal is to have a winning record through the final six games of the season. All of that starts with a game against the Kohawks of Coe at home on Wednesday.
