Pella Christian’s varsity bowling teams each had a better showing this past Saturday. Head coach, Rod Blunck told KNIA/KRLS Sports that the girls had their best day of the season, finishing fourth with a team total of 1,827. Knoxville’s girls finished first by over 100 pins. Newton’s boys were first in the team standings, while the Panthers were third and Pella Christian was a close fourth. Spencer Fynaardt had a two-game series of 368 to finish fourth individually. The Eagles’ bowling teams will have a few weeks off of practice leading up their next meet, at home, on Feburary 9 at the Pella Excit-A-Bowl.
