After coasting to victories for the past six weeks or so, the Central Dutch wrestling team hit a brick wall when they travelled to Loras for an Iowa Conference dual, losing 27 – 14 Thursday night. Central only won three matches over the Duhawks with one of them being a forfeit to Daniel Page at an open 125 pounds. Ryan Davis and Joseph Atwell had the other two victories for the now 7 – 2 Dutch, and the loss drops their Iowa Conference record to 1 – 1. Central hasn’t much time to rest, as they are back at in Saturday morning, hosting their own invitational at 9:00 a.m. at the P.H. Kuyper Fieldhouse right before the Central basketball doubleheader in the afternoon.
