Representative Greg Heartsill says full debate in the House could come this week on the education reform package. He tells KNIA/KRLS News that the bill is nearly through being debated by the Education committee. When it does come to the floor, Heartsill says there will be debate, but it could be through the House by the end of the week. After they pass reform, he says the House will start up on debating allowable growth. The Senate has already passed four percent allowable growth for the next two fiscal years.
