Overall snowfall across central Iowa is expected to be 5-10 inches, with heavier amounts located west of Interstate 35. Strong winds of 15-25 miles per hour, combined with heavy snow, could lead to visibility of less than a quarter-mile tomorrow afternoon. Travel conditions are expected to be hazardous, especially around rush hour.
