Eighteen wins. One glaring loss. Tonight, the PCM boys’ basketball team will try to avenge their earlier defeat to Nevada from their meet-up in early January. The final score was 55 – 46, but the Mustangs were in the game the whole way and played the Cubs close for all 32 minutes. Coach Fred Lorenson told KNIA/KRLS Sports that his guys have done an outstanding job this season of not being selfish on offense, highlighting the fact that they’ve rarely been led in scoring by the same person in two straight games this season. Lorenson also stressed that it’ll be their game down low will be key along with the fact that they have to play some of their best basketball this season. You can catch all of the drama of tonight’s boys’ game on kniakrls.com with the voice of the Mustangs, Justin Webster calling the action. Pregame is at 7:15 p.m. with tip-off at around 7:30.
