snow plow

Roads and highways across Marion County continue to be up to 100 percent snow and ice covered as the after-effects of this week’s storm continue. County and state plows are in operation working to clear roads. Strong winds yesterday caused drifting in open areas, creating more issues as crews worked to clean up. County plows right now are working on clearing bus routes first. The tow ban remains in effect as well. If leaving for work this morning, leave plenty of room for our roads crews and first responders and give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination.
