Round two of the Class 1A girls’ regional tournament continues tonight, when Southeast Warren makes a visit to Bussey in a rematch between the Sabers and the Warhawks. These two teams met up January 31 in Liberty Center, with Southeast Warren escaping with a 45 – 44 win with a game-winning three-pointer. The Sabers had a chance to win with two free throws with hardly any time left on the clock, but missed them both, prompting Coach Justin Nolte to have the free throw shooting be a primary concern at practice over the last few days. The winner of tonight’s match-up plays either Wayne or Moravia in Albia on Friday in the regional semifinals. The game will tip-off at 7:00 p.m.
