Their season coming to an end at the hands of Little Hawkeye Conference rival Grinnell, the Pella High boys’ basketball team will be saying goodbye to five seniors. The good news for Coach Mark Core is that only one of them was a starter and saw significant playing time. Following their loss to the Tigers, Core said that all of his guys played a role everywhere they were together. James McMenamin, Kyle Van Wyk, Josh DeWaard, Matthew Klein and Casey McKinstrey will all depart following graduation later this semester. Pella’s boys finished the year with a 14 – 9 mark.
