With a mix of different sizes of schools in the Little Hawkeye Conference, the Pella Christian boys’ track team has two big in-county rivals to compete with at several regular season meets, and, of course, at the Conference Track Meet in late April. With preseason indications showing that both Pella and Knoxville are threatening to be 1-2 in the conference, Eagles’ head coach, Keith Anderson says that even with some open events due to numbers, in the events his team does complete in, they will be giving the bigger Class 3A schools a run for their money. Davis County is first on the docket for the Eagles’ boys’ track squad this Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
