Trying to shake off some hard-to-swallow losses from their Georgia trip, the Central softball team will put that behind them and focus on work in the Tucson Invitational this week. The Dutch will be playing doubleheaders for the next five days in Arizona, and are looking to right the ship after facing formidable foes in the Peach State. Coach George Wares said that he’s actually happy with a 2 – 4 record based on who they had to play, but now the focus turns to fixing what went wrong last week. Central will face Sul Ross State and Edgewood first today, with game number one starting at 11:00 a.m.
