This weekend’s Knoxville High School production of “The Phantom of the Opera” will be the last spring musical at the Knoxville Middle School Auditorium. The new High School Auditorium is expected to be completed this summer. Knoxville senior Chambray Daugherty plays female lead Christine Daaé. She says this will be her 13th time taking the stage for the spring musical, as she got involved at a very young age. Daugherty adds she has a lot of memories from the Middle School stage and knows it will be a bittersweet set of performances. You can get reserve tickets for this weekend’s shows by calling the Knoxville High School or emailing Jackie Duffy (jackie.duffy@kcsd.k12.ia.us). The show times are Friday and Saturday at 7pm, and Sunday at 2pm.
