Students from Pella Christian Grade School Competed in Iowa State University’s Science Bowl in late February. The team placed 5th out of 13 teams in the Middle School Competition, for kids in grades 6-8. The science bowl consists of a car building competition one day, and an academic competition the next day. The car competition was cancelled due to rain but the five students were able to take part in the academic portion.
