The Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad is trying to improve on many things this season. One of which is penalty kicks. Coach Dylan Mick says the Panthers gave up seven penalty kicks last season. Mick says that likely contributed to many of the close loses the team had last season. Mick adds Pella and Norwalk should again be the teams to beat in the Little Hawkeye Conference this season. He says they usually do not rebuild, they reload and have solid youth programs. Mick says Knoxville’s youth program is as good as it has been in several years.
