The Central wrestling team will be represented in Cedar Rapids in two weeks at the NCAA Division III national tournament, as sophomore Daniel Page was second in his weight class on Saturday at the regional tournament in Dubuque. The 125-pounder lost to Branden Schultz of Buena Vista in the finals, but the ultimate goal was realized as Page will be representing the Dutch on March 15 for the national meet. Senior Joseph Atwell narrowly missed a spot himself, finishing fourth at 157. Central as a team finished eighth overall out of 11 schools, and was only half a point behind Augustana for seventh. This is the third straight year that Central will be going to the Division III national tournament.
