Hoping to continue their outdoor season, the Central track and field teams will make the shorter drive to Des Moines over the next couple of days for the Jim Duncan Invitational at Drake Stadium. The Dutch men’s team just recently dropped to 19th in the latest Division III poll, despite a second place finish down in St. Louis. Central’s women came in third at the same meet, and will be led by reigning Iowa Conference performer of the week in women’s track and field, Felicia Coleman. Both Dutch squads will be using this as a tune-up for their outdoor home meet, the Central Open, coming up on April 20.
