A combined effort by the Pella and Knoxville Police Departments has resulted in the arrest of a Knoxville man for a burglary in Pella.  The Pella Police Department reports that while conducting a burglary investigation, the Knoxville Police Department obtained information regarding two burglaries in Pella.  As a result, the Pella PD charged Andrew J. Roorda, 19, of Knoxville with two counts of burglary in the third degree joint criminal conduct, and two counts of theft in the third degree joint criminal conduct. The Knoxville Police Department charged Roorda with possession of burglary tools, and possession of stolen property.
