Two men accused of recording a girl performing a sex act and distributing the video will be arraigned this Friday. Jake Christian Smith, age 19 of Knoxville, and Jordan Donovan Cowman, age 19 of Des Moines, are both facing felony charges relating to the incident. Smith allegedly engaged in the act with the 15-year-old female in February while Cowman filmed it. They both then allegedly distributed the video to others without the victim’s knowledge. A juvenile girl who showed the video to another person pled guilty last week.
