In addition to Knoxville, Pleasantville and themselves, PCM High is hosting a Co-Ed track invitational this afternoon in Monroe that will feature a total of eleven different schools. Greg Bonnett, head boys’ track coach for the Mustangs, said he is looking to take a page out of Coach Anderson’s “playbook” and look to see his guys peek at just the right time, which is at the end of the year at the state qualifying meet. He adds that he is putting emphasis on this first meet today, but he’s just looking for his guys to improve with each race they run or each jump or throwing event they compete in. The stands will be pretty packed for the 11-school invitational in Monroe, and everything starts at 5:00 p.m.
