Pella Boys First, Pella Christian Second at Bos Landen

The boys took to the links at Bos Landen on Monday, and were able to get their meet in before the rains started coming down. The Little Dutch won the meet by 34 strokes over North Polk, 156 – 190, while the Eagles were just one stroke away from second at 191. Mason Howerzyl led the way for the Eagles with a round of 43, with Mitch Fopma not far behind at 44. Corey Elliott shot a 36 for the Little Dutch to earn medalist honors on the day, with Sean Rennich coming in second with a 37. Pella is in action today at Oskaloosa, while the Eagles stay at Bos Landen to take on Knoxville and Grinnell.
