Two teenagers that are accused filming a girl involved in a sex act and distributing the video without the victim’s knowledge pled not guilty Friday in Marion County District Court. Jake Smith, age 19 of Knoxville, allegedly engaged in the act with the 15-year-old female in February while Donovan Cowman, age 19 of Des Moines, allegedly filmed it. Smith appears in court next on April 19th; Cowman will appear again on May 17th.
