Students at Central College are organizing a Fringe Festival. A Fringe Festival brings in a number of different works of art, musical performances, and theater performances, and puts them in places you wouldn’t expect. One example is a musical group that will be performing in the education building. The Fringe Festival will start this Wednesday and run through Saturday.
