Pitcher Judson McKown of the Central baseball team was chosen to be on the D3Baseball.com all-Central region squad. McKown was picked to be on the third team after leading his team in saves with eight, posting a 3 – 5 record to go along with a 3.73 ERA, and a better than two-to-one strikeout-to-walk ratio. The Dutch finished the season with a record of 22 – 19, the eighth time in the past ten seasons Central has won at least 20 games, and they finished fourth in the Iowa Conference.
