Rachel Peter, also for the Mustangs, was 20th in the 3000 meters. Finally, Lexi Kain of PCM and Christa Veenstra of Pella Christian each competed in the girls’ 400 meter dash, with Kain coming in third in her heat with a time of 1:02.40, and Veenstra was fifth, clocking in at 1:01.90.
