The offense seems to be in tune to start the season for the Pella Christian baseball team, as they were easily able to handle Albia, 8 – 2 on Wednesday. The Eagles chalked up 13 hits while their pitching did their job. Coltin Collins went four innings and only gave up one earned run, and reliever Caleb Morgan pitched the other three to record the save. Collins and Morgan teamed up for a total of 11 strikeouts of Albia batters and only gave up three hits. Pella Christian improves to 2 – 0 to begin the year, and they will have a little time off before playing at Ballard next on Tuesday.
