The Pella Christian girls’ soccer team will host the first round of the Class 1A regional tournament today. The game was suspended yesterday because of the weather and will be picked up tonight at 6:00 p.m. Collins-Maxwell-Baxter, or more commonly referred to as C-M-B will make their way to Pella Christian’s stadium for tonight’s playoff matchup. The Eagles enter with a 5 – 12 record, with most of those games being against larger schools in the conference. The Raiders only got 11 games in and finished with a 3 – 8 record in the regular season. The winner of tonight’s game will head to Nevada to play the Cubs on Friday, who are one of the top ranked teams in Class 1A this year.
