After being defeated by Ballard on a walk-off grand slam on Tuesday, the Pella Christian baseball team will look to bounce back tonight at home against Fairfield. The Eagles are 2 – 1 to begin play today and haven’t played at home since beating Pleasantville on Monday of last week 12 – 2. Through three games so far, Coach Nate Johnson says that his guys have already started showing how quickly they are picking up on the things he and his coaching staff are trying to teach. Today’s game, weather pending, will be aired live on 92.1 KRLS and streamed live at kniakrls.com with Cory Houser and Marcus Johnson calling the action. Pregame coverage is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. with first pitch at 7:30.
